In 2007, I personalized a coaching tool called a life wheel that uses the universal principles of wellness and well-being to assess the five major areas of our human lives.
Since its inception, the wheel has been used with clients and students spanning 15 countries and all walks of life. In this series, we’ll be integrating this coaching tool’s principles into breathwork experiences as a way to dramatically shifting your wellness and wellbeing from the inside out.
As you go through this experience, you’ll gain an opportunity to raise your self-awareness and create more ease and abundance in your life, as well as:
- learn about the five universal wellness bodies
- receive a self-assessment tool to reflect on your wellness in each area
- utilize coaching and breathwork for healing and transforming your wellness
- create a solid foundation for change and possibilities
One talk therapy session costs between $100-$200 per hour.
Clients have reported receiving more learning and healing in one of my session compared to 2 or 3 talk therapy sessions.

This series is a three-part,
open mouth breathwork body therapy.
You can learn more about the work here. Each class requires you to have space to lay down, without distractions, for the duration of the experience. You will receive an email 24 hours before each class with instructions of what you’ll need to get the most out of each experience.
How the journey unfolds:
Week 1 Monday May 31st @ 730pm PDT
Our bodies are our only vehicles in this life. They carry us from place to place and the stories we hold about them impact our health and wellness significantly.
In this 75 minute session, we’ll set intentions for physical health, increase our connection to our bodies in a positive way and develop an awareness of what we need to keep the transformation going.
Week 2: Monday June 7th @ 730pm PDT
Our mental capacity and wellness are imperative for our well-being. When in health, our mind is our ally and keeps us focused, present, and on point with our needs.
In this 75 minute session, we’ll set intentions for mental clarity, cue into what we need more of and move forward in more health.
Week 3: Monday June 14th @ 730pm PDT
In the world we live in, our heart needs a lot of attention. This vital organ is responsible for so much, and it requires support to remain open, connected to biological, emotional, and energetic needs.
In this 75 minute session, we’ll set intentions for love, connection, and healing. We’ll also set a course for more self-care moving forward.

Week 4: Monday June 21st @ 730pm PDT
Connection to others is a basic need for us humans. The quality of those connections and the life force it brings us is imperative.
In this 75 minute session, we’ll set intentions for more laughter, connection, and meaningful interactions with humans we want/ need in our lives.
Week 5: Monday June 28th @ 730pm PDT
The human spirit requires a connection. Regardless of your faith, atheism, or creed/ religion, the spirit needs to feel safe, supported, and in faith. When we are on purpose, we inspire change and possibilities in our lives.
In this 75 minute session, we’ll set intentions for connecting to nature, life, and purposeful action. We will step into a practice of gratitude and conscious change.

The teachings of the life wheel tool used in this series substantially align with the spiritual teachings of many cultures from around our world.
Its creation started in 1995 when I attended my first life skills training program at Rhodes Wellness College in Vancouver, BC. Their work and teachings were one of my first introductions to the Indigenous Medicine Wheel shared by a woman who was from the Coast Salish peoples, Squamish, Musqueam, and Tsleil-waututh territory.

As an independent mother of 1 and having been rescued by a dog 10 years ago, Loretta spends much of her time outdoors enjoying the beauty of the Sunshine Coast, BC.
But what about…
In the session, utilize body therapy breathwork. This is a 3-part open mouth breath that activates energy stored in the body. Similar to Holotropic breathwork, this breathwork is a body therapy and is a powerful therapeutic tool for wellness and well being. Most of my clients love this form of breathwork because it meets less talk therapy and more healing and wellness.
If you have a history of seizures, heart conditions, on heavily prescribed medication, pregnant, or suffer from high blood pressure, this kind of breathwork most likely is not suitable for you. If the series still feels like a fit for you and you would like a less therapeutic breath pattern, please message me, and I can offer you a varied practice to support your wellness.
All you need is wifi, a technology to log into Zoom (computer / phone / iPad), a quiet room, a blanket, a yoga mat if you have one (not necessary), and you!
Breathwork sessions are personal and have therapeutic content. As much as I would LOVE to offer recordings to participants, it’s not aligned with my ethical principles of honoring confidentiality and ensuring safety.
The only person that sees you in the breathwork portion of the sessions is me! As a guide, my job is to ensure that you feel safe, supported, and have the best possible experience. During the sessions, I ask folks to turn on their cameras and angle them so I can see you from head to chest. This allows me to see what’s happening with your breath, instruct a shift if necessary.
