We save it for when we are tired, burn-out, stressed and overwhelmed and ready to transition to more wellness. I believe that self-care is no longer a luxury in our world, it is a necessity. To take care of one’s self physically, mentally, emotionally, socially and spiritually on the regular, is the only way we can sustain our health and wellbeing. It’s the only way we can continue to give, be present and hold space for life, creativity and community. And, no longer do you need to figure out self-care alone.
