In 2007, I curated a customized coaching life wheel that uses the universal principles of wellness and well being in the five major areas of our human lives. Since its inception the wheel has been used with clients and students spanning 15 countries and all walks of life. I am now integrating this tool's principles into my breathwork teachings as a way to dramatically shifting people's wellness from the inside out.

The teachings of this life wheel tool substantially aligns with the spiritual teachings of many cultures from around our culture and the process of its creation started in 1995 when I attended my first life skills training program at Rhodes Wellness College in Vancouver, BC. Their work and teachings were one of my first introductions to the Indigenous Medicine Wheel shared a woman who was from the Coast Salish peoples, Squamish, Musqueam and Tsleil-waututh territory.

This series is a three part, open mouth breathwork body therapy. You can learn more about the work here. Each class requires you to have space to lay down, without distractions, for the duration of the experience. Week One: Monday Aug 3 @ 730pm PDT
Our bodies are our only vehicles in this life. They carry us from place to place and the stories we hold about them impact our health and wellness greatly.
In this 75 minute session, we'll set intentions for physical health, increase our connection to our bodies in a positive way and develop an awareness of what we need to keep the transformation going.
Week Two: Monday August 10 @ 730pm PDT
Our mental capacity and wellness is imperative for our wellbeing. When in health, our mind is our ally and keeps us focused, present and on point with our needs.
In this 75 minute session, we'll set intentions for mental clarity, cue into what we need more of and how to move forward in more health.
Week Three: Monday August 17th @ 730pm PDT
In the world we live in, our heart needs a lot of attention. This vital organ is responsible for so much and it requires support to remain open, connected to biological, emotional and energetic needs.
In this 75 minute session, we'll set intentions for love, connection, and healing. We'll also set course for more self care moving forward.
Week Four: Monday August 24th @ 730pm PDT
Connection to others is a basic need for us humans. The quality of those connections and the life force it brings us is imperative.
In this 75 minute session, we'll set intentions for more laughter, connection, and meaningful interactions with humans we want/ need in our lives.
Week Five: Monday August 31st @ 730pm PDT
The human spirit requires connection. Regardless of your faith, atheism, or creed/ religion, the spirit needs to feel safe, supported and in faith. When we are on purpose, we inspire change and possibilities in our lives.
In this 75 minute session, we'll set intentions for connection to nature, to life and for purposeful action. We will step into a practice of gratitude and conscious change.
