Each day of your journal should reflect this intention setting: take 5+ minutes at the start and end of each day to note down what actions you are committing to, and how they support your previously set intentions. By gently checking in with yourself at the end of the day, you are able to monitor how well you have kept these intentions at the forefront of your mind, and slowly develop this into a habit.
30 days is an acceptable standard for how long it takes to create new neuropaths to change behaviours. This journal can be used as a one off, or can be done several times in order to create new habits, reach goals, and ensure you are adhering to your intentions. The journal can be used on its own, or alongside personal coaching or breathwork sessions with me.
Each day in this journal has some extra writing space for you to make notes on each day, write down anything memorable, or track progress. Often users of this journal find their mind opens up when using this journal and helps reignite their creativity, making this space ideal for new ideas and thoughts.
